Changchun

• Changchun Dihao Foodstuff Development Co. Ltd was established in 1999. Global Sweeteners Holdings acquired 75% interest in 2004 and the remaining 25% interest in 2005. The company currently has a production capacity of 500,000 mtpa and 20,000 mtpa of maltodextrin.

• Changchun Dacheng Polyols Co. Ltd was established in 2004, under the name of Changchun Dacheng Nikken Polyos Co. Ltd, as a joint-venture with Mitsui in Jilin Province. Global Sweeteners Holding Co.Ltd acquired the remaining 49% interest from Mitsui in February 2008 and company became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group. The company was designed for the production of sorbitol with a production capacity of 100,000 mtpa.

• Changchun Dihao Crystal Sugar Industry Development Co. Ltd was established in 2006 for the manufacture and sale of crystallized glucose (dextrose) with a designed production capacity of 200,000 mtpa.

Shanghai

• Shanghai Hao Cheng Food Development Co. Ltd was established in 1998 to manufacture glucose syrup, maltose syrup and maltodextrin. The factory currently has an annual production capacity of 120,000 mtpa.

• GBT – Cargill High Fructose (Shanghai) Co. Ltd was established in 2001 as a joint venture with Cargill to engage in the production of high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) with a current production of 120,000 mtpa.

Jinzhou

• Jinzhou Yuancheng Bio-chem Technology Co. Ltd was established in 2003 under GBT Group to engage in the production of corn starch and other by-products. Global sweeteners Group acquired 100% interest from GBT Group in 2008 and become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group. The factory currently has a designed production capacity of 600,000 mtpa.

• Jinzhou Dacheng Food Development Co. Ltd was established in 2007 to manufacture both glucose syrup and maltose syrup with a production capacity of 200,000 mtpa.
